Et al is looking for ambitious servers who are willing to hit the ground running, serving delicious food, our signature cocktails, local beers, and specialty sourced wines. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service in a mature and family-oriented environment. We are known to locals for our welcoming atmosphere, quality beverages, and a clientele that appreciates getting to know our team by their first names.

Being a part of the et al team means learning career escalating skills that can lead to growth within the company as well as be transferred to different areas in the Hospitality field.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a bar or similar environment.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Schedule Flexibility

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: Up to $17.00 per hour
